I only did traffic stops last night. Everyone got breaks in the form of citations for the lowest fines, warnings for the rest and in some cases, just warnings. What can I say, I was feeling generous.

Finally got the link up to here. Well, almost. I did the template change and hit the "save" button and then I got the "We are sorry. Blogger is temporarily unavailable." So, as soon as I can save the change, the link will be established, Moe.
