Damn Spring

If you're like me, just looking at that picture makes your eyes water and itch, your nose run and the sneezing become uncontrollable.

Thankfully, it's not quite as bad as the above here (yet?) but I'm still suffering, even with medication. This time of the year sucks. I hoping for more hot days so the leaves on the trees pop sooner rather than later and I can get on with a normal existence.

Fingers crossed...

Illness

I'm not sure what scientists and doctors would call what I've been suffering from. I think of it as a mix between AIDS and the Ebola virus. I'm fatigued, I get dizzy spells, fevers come and go and I'm expelling more weird colored goop than a glue factory. Sure, it doesn't sound much different from the average flu, except that I've been fighting this thing since mid-December.

Doctors are powerless to do anything other than say "Yeah, it's been going around for a while." While taking solice in knowing at least I'm not the only one and they're not going to name the virus after me is okay, I just want it to end already.
